"Within expectation but with room for improvement to be made"

The food and service were up to my expectation over the last 20 days. However, on one occasion, they delivered the wrong order that came with a soup instead of the 4 dish as per my order. Although, this was compensated with one more dish the next ... More day, but the additional dish was only delivered 2 days after the incident as claimed the driver forgot to pick-up the additional dish. On another occasion, the dinner was delivered at 610pm, which was very close to the unsafe consumption cut-off time of 630pm. No compensation was made for this late delivery but only offer a verbal apology on this incident. Overall, the service can be better in terms of packing the right order for customer and on time delivery for better experience to the customer.
