Worst caterers' administration ever.

Make seperate payment for extra 5× stools and 1× table but admin claims theirs system did not update their delivery team.

Requested to add 5 pax for buffet from 35 pax to 40pax, in the end some of my ... More guests have to end up eating while standing.

Report to admin via WhatsApp but no reply due to my event was on Sunday.
Lousy service orientated caterer.

Admin replied only the next morning.
Only know how to keep repeating sorry via text.
Whole incident, catering company only refunded $19 for the missing additional stools and table.

No other forms of offer for compensation to make up for their mistake.
I will never ever use this company again for my future events.
