CThe 8 fixed balloons and teddy bears which was supposed to come as part of the setup was fine, but should not have been a key deciding criteria for vendor selection.
Caterer replied cannot be done for simple queries, eg. specific colour of ... Moreballoons or stools. Time slot also fixed at xx:00 cannot accomodate xx:15 for example.
There is limit of 30 stools and 5 tables for rental maximum but not mentioned anywhere on foodline and caterer website. (which we accepted)
Billing and delivery address were submitted correctly during initial submission at foodline. It took 3 amendments after constant check and feedback that our details were still wrong. Despite that, eventually the tax invoice (customer copy) was still wrong, as per pic uploaded to Foodline. Do not expect any customer service and apology.
Food arrived 20min before their given slot which we had to adhere to and thus a huge gap until our guests arrive. Unfortunately with the warmer (solid fuel) unable to really heat up the food.
