First time trying Cat & the Fiddle, I am impressed. The cake is best served chilled, as the body is a very creamy akin to ice cream texture. The cheese is not too overpowering too. Overall nice blend of flavour with interesting texture. Only pity ... More is, it didn't come with the candle I had paid for.
