It was the most disappointing cake delivery we had ever had for a birthday party. We paid extra for the early delivery at 12 noon only for the delivery to be delayed by almost 2 hours at 1355 hrs!!!
There was also no prompt by Twenty Grammes on the ... More late delivery and we had to call and message continuously . We were then informed that the first driver had damaged the cake and there had to be another trip made to resend another cake. Cake was finally delivered close to 2 pm and some of my guests had left as they could not wait anymore.
If the above was not bad enough, the Swan decor on the cake fell damaging the cake even before we blew the candles on the cake. Clearly the base and sponge of the cake was too light for the heavy swan to stay.
It was a ruined birthday party for my girl and guests!
