"Late delivery, food turned sour"

Recurring order but was disappointed this time round as the food quality has dropped and delivery was late on the second day as the food arrive at 8pm. One of the dish had already turned sour. Contacted the caterer about it but no action was taken, ... More only asked us to be considerate of the traffic but no service recovery when we asked if we are expected to eat the food even when they have already turned sour when it is delivered.
