"Food & Service from Stamford Catg is ok but can be improved."

Order was to for 11.30 but delivery was made too early at 10.30am.. which means food was cooked/prepared >1 hour earlier at 9+am.. although we had the food warmers, the quality of a few of the items, like the prawns & chicken was not good. prawns ... More shells became soft, chicken became mushy. Other items was ok. The desert was 80% syrup water & 20% ingredients in 2 big containers. Lou Hei was ok, we appreciated 2 sets for our >15 pax, would have been quite disappointed if they only gave 1. Cutlery plates bowls were enough. The provided table cloth torn very easily, try to provide slightly better quality for your customers. I paid about $500 for this catering, of course due to CNY its double the normal but most of my guests enjoyed it, except for the above feedback.
