I like the customer service, they are very prompt in answering calls and provide expertise on when to drink shenghua soup.

Hot soup and hot drinks are in thermal flask.

Food are generally nice, though a bit like cai fan, so in our opinon not ... More that value for money.

Hassle-free delivery, delivery uncle will ring the bell, put the new food at the doorstep and take the used flask+bag back.
Timing of delivery was also on time, we usually get to eat before 5.30pm.
