Food was seasoned very well, and the salty and sweet was well balanced. Rice staple wasn't too salty, which paired well with the other dishes. The rice was also cooked well - it wasn't too dry or too mushy, an issue that many caterers suffer from ... More when cooking large batches of rice. This one was just nice. Fried items were crispy, and likewise very tasty without being overly oily. The sago dessert was also sufficiently thick and tasty. Again, not dilute sugar water like with many other caterers.

You need to trust that once you place your order, it is absolutely coming. Communication with the caterer was tricky, perhaps with the holiday season they're overloaded. Calls and texts weren't answered until a few days after they were sent.
