Most guests loved the dry mee siam, roasted veg, curry chicken, cereal prawn, and yam paste. Salmon was rather good. The Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken Floss was not fragrant enough, taste a little bland. The tiny tuna and apple vol au vent was ... More slightly salty, no apple crunch but still taste good. Guests were impressed by the buffet setup.
