More is providing a dish like steam egg, or veg. the packing of the food is not practical. It is using a plastic seal to cover the container, this creating issue that each time need to remove the plastic seal. When there is a left over portion, need to transfer to a plastic bag before disposal.
New caterer is using normal cover, easy to disposal.
