"Heng! Ong! Huat! A nice Vegetarian Food Caterer"

Finding a catering vegetarian food can sometimes be a challenge, further approaching CNY, but not so here I found a website, Foodline, Singapore Biggest Catering & Tingkat Portal. I can see a list of food caterers, then I stream down for vegetarian ... More food suppliers. With the proposed catering set for a 5-6 pax food size of portion and interesting of dish name, I have chosen The Orange Lantern Gourmet Kitchen Catering. That time I was wondering and curiosity, whether The Orange Lantern Gourmet Kitchen Catering would be able to provide nice and reasonable tasty vegetarian food. But we have decided to give a try and booked for it.

When the booking order was placed, in next 2-3 days, The Orange Lantern Gourmet Kitchen Catering representative, Chris had contacted me via whatsapp for the arrangement of payment. He informed me for any urgent matters, do give him a call in-case there is any changes (Good customer service hotline)

During collection date, he had reminded me there were a change of collection location. (Attentive Customer Service). I have a bad experience with 1 caterer before, where collection location has changed but never informed until I called in to check.

The food is nicely packed with warmer carrier bag and easy to carry with sufficient cutleries provided.
When I unpacked the food, still warm and nicely decorated. A beautiful and prosperity words of menu set, BOUNTIFUL PARTY SET which give us a good fortune of start for our CNY eve dinner. The menu are :
1) 福贵拼盘 Blissful Platter
2) 香甜蜜汁素鸡 Oriental Honey Mock Chicken with Lychee & Capsicum
3) 黄金麦片素鱼 Fragrant Golden Oat Cereal Mock Fish
4) 莲藕炒百合配豌豆及黑木耳 Stir Fried Lotus Roots, Sweet Pea, Black Fugus & Bulbus Lilli with Celery
5) 八宝菜锅 Eight Treasure Pot
6) 黄梨炒饭 Pineapple Fried Rice AND lastly:
7) 仙草龙眼甜品 Grass Jelly with Longan

My family and invited guests were really enjoyed the special arranged food which is our first time to have CNY eve with vegetarian food.
