Compared to other food caterers that I have engaged previously, the food portion is not generous as what other reviewers had mentioned.
The baby Kailan was hard while the prawns were mashy, a clear sign they were not fresh. The grilled chicken (in ... Morehoney sesame sauce) was not marinated hence were pretty tasteless. The saving grace was they did not use chicken breasts.
Mee Siam was the nicest dish, together with breaded fish and the egg tofu. The sauce from the egg tofu can be used on the fried rice, as the latter was pretty bland.
The spring rolls were disappointingly soft and the pink guava cordial was not popular either. Show less
