"Poor service, delivers too early at 3pm for tingkat dinner."

The service level of this company needs major improvement:

1) Before we make payment, they release misleading info by saying tingkat delivery time would be from 530pm onwards. On execution, they delivered at 3pm, hiding behind a tonne of excuses ... More saying it is Singapore tingkat's "industry practice" to deliver early, that food must be kept in fridge only to warm up later etc.

2) They delivered food that is leaking OUT OF the plastic bag.

3) Their delivery person has no regard and do not care about the orderly delivery of the food, pushing away their responsibility as they cite they are merely third parties.

I strongly recommend potential customers not to use this company.
