Very punctual. Set up and presentation were impressive.
Portion was more than expected.
The signature red curry chicken was fantastic. A little disappointment was the signature braised hong siew tofu.
On the whole my guests enjoyed the buffet ... More with many of them expressing their
desire to cater from YLS.
