Food quality of the dishes is very good. Only the curry is oily which should be removed prior to packing. Similar compliments on the food quality from my guests. Quantity is more than sufficient for 20 paxs. I did a self collection from the outlet ... More at Bedok Interchange. Upon collection, the food and the utensils were all properly packed in 2 large insulated food bags. The chin chow dessert is pre-packed in separate plastic containers. The gentleman who attended to me was helpful and courteous. We started serving the food 1 1/2 hours later and it was still warm. Everyone enjoys the food. It makes an enjoyable CNY celebration for my family and friends.
I also would also like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Foodline and Cuisine Queen. A day prior to collection, there was a small hiccup on my order but it was promptly attended by Foodline (Ms Nikki) and Cuisine Queen (Ms Adeline) who were both very professional and courteous in resolving the issue. Foodline staff (Ms Wan Jing) who took my initial order provides excellent service and she guided me on my revised order. Kudos to Foodline and Cuisine Queen.
