I recently hosted a Chinese New Year celebration and chose Island Catering Services Pte Ltd through Foodline to provide the festive meal—and the experience exceeded all my expectations.

The menu was a superb blend of tradition and innovation. ... More The Salted Egg Yolk Chicken was a standout: perfectly steamed with delicious gravy that balanced savory and subtle spice.
The prawn was served with creamy garlic butter sauce, accompanied by Crispy Golden Long Spring Roll—each bite evoking authentic festive flavors. Additional offerings such as Mango Pomelo Sago . The dishes were arranged and packed with sealed containers.

Equally impressive was the service. The catering team are friendly and arrived according to our time.
