Overall, my guests have good praises and not much complains about the food. But, as usual with even the best buffet, with some little "negative" feedback like the Sweet & sour pork is not balled pork but sliced pork, Spring roll is cold (can't help ... More it, as the caterer wait for it to cool down before they packed it), Prawn sauce chicken's prawn sauce taste not enough, Almond jelly dessert too sweet (but for sweet lovers like me it's just nice) and curry chicken mostly breast meat. The caterer even agreed to give me warmers for cereal prawn & lemon sliced fish, which originally were not given. Delivery is prompt and setup is the standard 30 mins. Buffet layout is considered "nice & standard" to me, although some reviewers find it quite "plain".
