"Started well, But quality seems to have dropped"

Quantity of food was more than enough. Quality was patchy. Dishes were good when I started ordering late last year. After placing a renewal order, the quality dropped. Most of the days one dish seem to take the easy way out of using frozen stuff ... More that can be just air fried and served. Brown rice was quite dry and hard at times as well. Was flexible in changing delivery schedules across last year when my house was undergoing home improvement plan, so the service was not too bad.
