"Stamford food catering"

Stamford catering gave us heat packs to warm up our food so we have more time to eat our food without it turning cold -great!

Here are my thoughts on the dishes -

Signature Wok-Fried rice with silver fish - rice mushy, pretty tasteless ... More 1/5

Signature curry chicken with potatoes - good but curry is little 4/5

Fragrant oat cereal prawn - shell-less kind so you don't have to deshell, one of the first dishes to finish 5/5

Salted egg fish fillet - great taste 5/5

Braised egg beancurd and vegetables in silky egg gravy - average tasting 3/5

Stir fry cauliflower and brocolli - average tasting 3/5

Assorted mini swiss roll - all taste the same, hardened after putting in fridge 2/5

Chilled almond beancurd with longan - a lot of syrup water, not much almond & longan 3/5

Golden seafood pocket with oriental deep - typical snack to satisfy your fried food craving 4/5
