"Foodline says one thing and Merchant says another...just bad"

The order was received promptly by the staff from Bing Bing Ice Cream Gallery after it was placed on foodline. There was a mismatch between what was available to customer online and what the staff and informed me. The foodline portal shows to only ... More select one flavour for the Ice Cream cake however when the staff got in contact with me, he/she mentioned that it was possible to get 2 flavours. This was very disappointing as I would have gotten 2 flavours instead if I knew this was the case (I had only gotten 1 premium flavour which costs an additional $10 and did not select the normal flavour). Moving on, I had that enquired from the staff via sms whether it was possible to add the normal flavour and the staff had informed me that another $10 would have to be paid on my part to the delivery person on that day if I wanted to add. My question is if it was free to add the normal flavour from foodline, why do I have to pay an additional $10 for a normal flavour? The staff then informed me via sms whether I still wanted the cake. Of course I still wanted the cake. I had already paid $78 at this point of time for it and didn't want to make a big fuss of the issue already. When the cake arrived, it looked good. There was a thin layer of sponge cake at the bottom and the top part of it was mainly ice cream. However, contrary to what was described, the banana taste was minimal and there were no real banana slices on the cake. There was only banana flavouring / essence used at best for the cake. Overall, for the price it is worth, you can get better ice cream cakes elsewhere.
