"Excellent meals, fantastic customer service!"

Much better experience with this renewal! Menu included some soups and seafood now which was a pleasant surprise and dishes were mostly not salty albeit spicy. Love that it was always at least one fish dish, one meat dish and a vegetable dish. A ... More pity that it is usually white rice now unlike the prior months where there was a mix of different kinds of rice. The white rice could be cooked a little softer too.. :)

Customer service is great with the kitchen being able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I remember how apologetic Neshah was when she had to inform me on a Sunday that they could not fulfil the coming Monday's tingkat due to technical issues within the kitchen that was beyond their control. I appreciate the early notice as it gave me time to source for alternatives. Will renew again and hope that it will be just as good!
