1) food arrived 6.30pm (time requested was 5pm) and wasn't informed of the delay.
2) portion of food was very small. Catered to 15 pax but portion was more like for 6-8 pax.
3) rather embarrassing cos her guests were hungry because of the delay ... More and food was insufficient.
