I have agreed with the previous review that this caterer has indeed put in lots of effort in ensuring food delivered stay warm for 2 hours using their special tingkat containers and sturdy thermos bag. I have chose to order with them because they do ... More offer the environmentally friendly packaging which I absolutely love!

However, food is just average and the portion is just nice.
There was a hiccup for dinner where we were given repeated food choices - two containers of basil leave pork, we feedback to the owner and they did gave us extra side order for the next dinner to make it up.

In all, we are satisfied with their prompt customer service but there is room for improvement on the food.
