Most of my guests enjoyed the dishes especially the salted egg prawns. They were fresh, big and tasted very good. Derek, the manager called earlier to inform of some delay in arrival of food but all turned out well. They even changed the table ... More cloth to red for me with festive decorations when I told him of the special event. He came down personally to ensure everything is in order.
