"Suitable for non-fussy guests"

Requested to change my main to ee fu noodles 3 days in advance, but was told on the event day that ee fu noodles was unavailable. Caterer suggested to fried udon which was sweet in taste. Quite a big portion was left over. Cereal fish tasted like ... More fried batter fish and was too salty. Set up was done at 12pm, caterer came to collect at 230pm which was too rush.
