"A little pricey especially when a Condo charge is applicable"

1) Additional surcharge applies for
• Deliver to condominium unit $1.00 per day (10 days, 8 ... More days, and 5 days order) Most consumers who are staying at a private apartment/condominium with security guards/post have strict rules for allowing private vehicles and delivery man to access to the condo and the unit. These procedures caused delay in our deliveries.

2) Our delivery timing is 330pm to 730pm, we delivered at 530pm is a acceptable timing for dinner. Most of the caterer work at this system too. Timing unable to choose so hope you can understand every tingkat service unable to to select timing.

3) Regarding food turn sour due to it was left outside for too long, i will suggest you to put a warmer bag outside your gate so our delivery man or other caterer's delivery man will keep your food in the warmer bag to maintain the food last longer.

4) All caterer are strictly not allow to give customer left over food under the SFA law in Singapore.
