I've reminded them that my party will start from 11.15am and despite my reminders requesting for prompt delivery which they have told me to give them 1 hr grace, their delivery guy came at 10am. From 10-3pm, it's 5 hours and I've requested for more ... More burner in case the food turned cold before 3pm but was told that he did not have reserve. I guess they should be well prepared if they will want to arrange earlier delivery.
