This cake is beautiful to look at, and delicious to eat. My elder daughter who doesn't like cake, ate two helpings of this. My guests all loved the cake - first time birthday cake all eaten up!

The cake inner cream layers is sandwiched with ... More cream cheese so it doesn't taste overly sweet. The outside is normal cream I think. Cake itself was moist and dense, much tastier than those fake fluffy rainbow cakes commonly found.
