Order a birthday cake , but in foodline system it state that the delivery charge paid for was for a specific timing, thus I ordered the cake and choose a specific timing for the cake delivery as there is no fridge at the venue to store the cake. ... More

The cake was delivery 2 hrs earlier then the state time of delivery.

Was a bit disappointed by this.

Text and inform River Ash as we have pay for $25 for the delivery charge for specific dat e& time of delivery as state on foodline website. where others cake shop / bakery was to choose a time range inside of specific timing , thus I choose river ash over the others end up it was not delivery on specific timing and River ash reply that they have state somewhere there is a range of 2 hrs for delivery can cannot delivery at my specific time as they will closed and they can control foodline display and how it is on the website.

I think Foodline needs to update the system / website to state the information correctly or will will be confused and make the wrong decision.

I would have choose a different bakery or make other decision if I know they will not delivery at the specific time. I still received SMS from Foodline that my delivery is confirm and will delivery on the specific date & time I state, thus I didnt know that the cake will not be delivery on specific time but a range of 2 hrs before.. lucky the cake was able to last in aircon room for 2 hrs , else I will have a unhappy birthday celebration with a melted cake.
