The food was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. I started to contact the caterer at 6pm but to no avail- office was closed on sat and no alternative contact provided. Driver called me after 630pm to say he is on the way and arrived at 7pm. ... More

Unacceptable customer service where 1. no alternative contact number given 2. late by an hour (driver simply said that he was delayed).

Taste of the food was pretty average. Nothing to shout about and the portion is really small as compared to other caterers- Barely enough for 30 pax and we also provided other food to our guests.

The feeling of not unable to contact anyone and not knowing if your food will arrive when the guests have arrived was horrible. In short- will not recommend to order from them.
