The set up & delivery was late by an hour. Called the caterer twice. During the first call, I was informed that my number would be given to the driver to contact me and to provide his ETA but the driver did not contact me. Called a 2nd time and they ... More informed that the driver is otw and to give them another 10-15 mins but eventually arrived after half an hr after the 2nd call.

No garbage bag and serviette provided. Price tag was not removed from the scoop (unhygienic).

Collection was late by more than 2 hours till we have to leave the items outside as we have to go for other CNY visiting.

No invoice provided and caterer asked to paynow them since the collection would only be done when our family was out for visiting thus couldn’t pay by cash. However, no screenshot/receipt was provided to us as promised.
