"Decent food"

Had a negative experience when on the first day, the food did not arrive by 1.30pm. I called the company who said they would contact the driver but they took rather long to get back to me and I had to call them again. Turns out it was a "substitute" ... More driver for that day - the reason they gave me for the late delivery. In the end, food finally arrived at 2.05pm. I would have appreciated if the company could have gotten in touch with me in the first place to inform that the delivery would be late.

On a positive note, the food provided was pretty decent and I like that the dishes were not too oily and had a home-cooked quality to them.
