Blackforest cake is very soft and not too sweet.
Disappointment lies in the dishes of Sambal Sotong, Fried Sotong with Curry Powder and Broccoli with Mushroom.
Guests feedback that Sotong are ... More overcook and too hard to chew while Broccoli with Mushroom turns sour very fast in the mid of event, which leads to leftovers and troubling us to direct the guests on not to consume the Broccoli.
