"Not punctual "

This is our first time order from ecreative catering, 10.20am, staff called & confirm our order & set up time by 11am. But the deliver reach us by 12pm, after set up is 12.30pm & they told me the reason is they has another set up at Army camp, need ... More register before enter to the camp (from what we know, entry to camp always need to be arrive earlier, since need register before entre)
My boss & customer are waiting since 11.30am, as we had prayer for Zhongyuan Festival at this date every year @ 12pm. Boss angry & scolded me. It's really shame..
We will not order from ecreative catering anymore.
