"Bountiful buffet for carnivores "

All guests were waiting in anticipation when food was delivered 30mins after stated expected time but since it was communicated during order confirmation, it's acceptable.
Was pretty impressed by the caterer's effort put into food packaging and ... More presentation. Though the food were placed in disposable containers, there was no spillage nor messiness.
Food serving portion was generous- enough to feed a few hungry teenagers and some guests had gone for 2nd round & there were still some leftovers at the end of the party.
The crackers provided for the chicken did gave us a pleasant surprise and it was the 1st item which gotten cleaned out.
The Buddha Jump Over The Wall soup was so chock full of ingredients that one dish alone already seem to cover 1/4 of the food cost. Super delicious and value for money! One of their signature dishes indeed.
Overall everything is fine except for a little flaws - chicken was cold and hardened probably it had been left outside at least 2hrs after cooking, during the packing and transportation process?
Lastly, the serving fork and ladle were quite flimsy to use so we had to resort to using our own.
