Third round of ordering with same caterer. Not sure why but wondering what constituted the drop in standard. Most dishes became quite starchy and on a few occasions, the meat were quite tough to bite.

Some days' deliveries were quite careless but ... More caterer was quick to address the issue with the packer/deliverer.
