"Must Train Delivery Staff To Inform Delivery of Tingkat"

Overall the food is normal & not salty. But the cooking needs to be improved as the daily vegetables especially the green vegetables are over-cooked. The delivery service also needs to be improved as my tingkat foods are left outside as the delivery ... More rider didnt press doorbell or knock on door to inform foods have been delivered. Complained almost daily but still the same until I GAVE UP!

I hope Foodline will feedback to ALL Tingkat Caterers that informing customers that Tingkat foods have been delivered is the MOST BASIC important delivery standard to meet. If customers do not know,
foods are left outside under the sun....the foods may spoil & sunlight on plastic tupperware is bad for health.
