"Full buffet set-up for small order, looks good, tastes so-so"

Food was edible but not very tasty as I had ordered 15pax portions (for 18 adults and 8 children) but there was so much food left. It was partially my fault as I had meant to order 排骨王 but somehow it became Mongolian Pork. The vegetables ... More looked yellow and overcooked. The Kung Pow chicken was good in the sense that the diced chicken did not have any “frozen chicken” taste but it could have been better if the sauce packed more flavour and if the cashew nuts had been roasted. Cereal prawns, seaweed chicken and of course the eclairs were the fastest movers. What I appreciated was the fast set-up by the delivery man and he was flexible when it came to collection timing.
