Overall, the food was acceptable but could have been better. The quantity was too much for us too!
We believe that the experience could have been much different if served hot.

The salmon for the yusheng - simply too saltish (so as to keep the freshness/fragrance?);
The chicken meat - soft, moist and filled with the sweetness and goodness of the herbs (too soft when kept overnight);
The fish meat, Asparagus with duck & Spinach with Abalone - delicious, among the best;
Yi Mian - slightly soggy (even more when kept overnight);
Icy Peach Gum w/ White Fungus - too thick and sticky (due to humid weather?) ,even after adding ice.
