The food came half hour before eating time which was not too early or too late. As it was mini buffet, there was no set up, but caterer gave us the cooler bags that the food came in, to keep the food warm. Disposable utensils including tongs/ scoops ... More were provided. I'm very satisfied with the food quality and menu options. Will order again.
