We held a 2 days event, and ordering process was relatively smooth, food was average. Caterer collected the trays on time for the 1st day.

However, on the 2nd day, we arranged for them to pick up the trays at 6pm, and at 6.45pm, the caterer was ... More nowhere to be found. After making some calls, they told me that they will only reach at 7.30pm. When we feedback that we had to lock up and leave, the cater asked if we could move the tables and trays out of the rented space ourselves.

Note: we made payment upon delivery of the food. Would recommend to pay only after they have collected the trays.
