Food was sometimes bitter and not very tasty. Some food choices also not very elderly friendly - too tough to bite or with bones. Was very upset when the caterer called me up 2nd day into the catering to say that extra costs is needed because of ERP ... More costs, this amounts to 3 dollars a day. This extra costs was not specified when I confirmed the invoice from the beginning. Staff was responsive to omit days not to send in. In any case, did not continue to sign on a full package.
