"Worst caterer, do not be misled by their food and service!"

This is my first time and last time using this caterer.
1. Food was delivered close to 12pm on CNY Day 1 when it was supposed to be 10.30am. The driver said the kitchen delayed the food preparation hence they set off late. By the time we could ... More start the buffet, it was 1pm and the food was still not warm. The guests were already hungry.

2. Another bomb - they missed out the vegetables dish and asked me if they could replace that with another orh nee, so ridiculous! Obviously I refused and they went back to the van and finally came back with the dish. Apparently they had to give another customer's similar dish to me. This dish is lousy, the cauliflower and broccoli were so hard as if they were barely cooked.

3. The final straw - driver could only clear the buffet in the evening around 7pm or 8pm. I told them I have to clear the condo function room by 3pm based on my booking , and they have to clear by 2.30pm as agreed in their order confirmation. The driver insisted they could not due to too many locations to clear. They had the nerve to ask us to move the tables to outside the room after my booking is up, which is impossible according to my condo rules. After much hassle talking to the operators manager several times and I was referred to their boss, Michael. Again, I had to pester Michael and explained the situation. Finally he relented and arrived with another staff to clear the tables on time.

I am so angry with how this event unfold on the 1st day of CNY when we were looking forward to a good family gathering. It certainly dampened our moods. No more next chance.
