1. Photos are deceiving
2. Never had so much repeated veg dishes in any tingkat service I've ordered before (same veg x8 times in 20days)
3. Most dishes are just way too bland or doesn't taste good (even for a non picky eater), eg: potato came ... More soggy or uncooked. Too many repeated dishes in 20 days... Often no meat included, fish came but it isn't fresh.
4. Even soup taste bad, I mean, how could one ruin soup?
5. Dinner tingkat came at 3pm which is way too early for any dinner time
6. All other caterers I've ordered from will send me their latest menu automatically. This company doesn't, even when I asked for it, management can see my msg but chose not to reply. Very bad service.
7. I always look forward to tingkat daily but Hewtop is the only catering I hope to end asap. DO NOT ORDER.
