"Tasty tingkat worth every penny"

I was surprised that they served soup in a thermal pot. This is one of the most environmentally friendly tingkat I’ve come across in terms of packaging. They used paper bags and containers that had minimal plastic.
Food wise, the dishes were all ... More tasty, portion was enough too. Variety of cuisine was great, it’s not all Chinese home cooked style everyday. There is a mix of Western, Malay, Japanese and Korean dishes. Everyday it’s different for a full month before they repeat the menu.
Customer service was great. They helped to accommodate my request for an earlier delivery, and the delivery guys were always friendly and nice.
The price may be on the high side compared to other tingkats, but they justify it with their ingredients. I don’t get cheap dory fillets, they serve better fish such as salmon, red snapper and saba. There isn’t much processed food like hotdogs or fishballs of that sort. Even their fishballs are handmade with proper fishmeat, I can taste the difference. Also, they don’t force you to order white rice like other tingkats which is really profitable when they charge $1.5 per portion.
I’m really happy to have found this tingkat and will definitely continue ordering from them!
