Hope to get better fish for the price

We have renewed the 10-day tingkat plan a few times. While we appreciate the food variety, we hope to see better fish on the menu. What we get are usually the frozen white fish type. There is also an increased use of processed foods such as fried ... More you tiao, fish paste roll, chicken sausage. Given the higher-than-normal prices charged, we hope the caterer will return to offering "premium tingkat dinners" using fresh ingredients.
