There’s a long delay in delivery probably due to surges in order but we were fine with that. However, some of the food items couldn’t last by the time we started eating shortly after food arrives. Likely also due to mass preparation for festive ... More period.
It was pretty upsetting for everyone but we are glad that the service recovery was relatively good after contacting them.
