Prompt reply to confirm order. My third order from them, good quality food, only qualms is with the service, though responsive and fast turnaround but caterer sometimes gets confused when handling payment: my first experience after bank transfer ... More payment they were still expecting cash payment ( believed with comms breakdown), second time i was confused with another client. But overall no complaints.
