"Nice pic,but too sweet, elmo face cracked with candles"

After waiting for 2 days, I had to call the cake shop personally to confirm my order was received. Even though I received email confirmation from Foodline that the cake shop has received my order, based on the information on the site, the cake shop ... More was supposed to call me to confirm it. So, service wasn't as expected.
Delivery time slot on Foodline allows you to choose a specific timing, but in actual fact, the cake shop don't allow that, unless you pay delivery fee. So I had to settle for a 2-5pm delivery slot, which was fine with me,. Delivery came at 5pm.
Cake looks great, taste a bit too sweet. The top layer, where the elmo pic was printed on, was a bit too hard, such that when we tried to put in the candles, the top layer cracked. So Elmo had a cracked face.
